World Cruise - Day 85 - Apr 6 - At Sea

Sunrise this morning was shrouded in low lying clouds, so we didn’t see the sun until it was rather high in the sky:
Sunrise was at about 6:25a, getting a little later as we move further west without a time change.  Time will stay the same through Mumbai.  Weather forecast for today is high of 93 and low of 79 with mostly clear skies.  Tomorrow’s forecast is a high of 91 and low of 77 with scattered cloud cover.  We’ve been fortunate in our weather pretty much throughout the trip.  Although highs in the low 90s are hot, they’re not the oppressive heat that we could be having this time of year in this region (Mar-May is hottest time of the year in India).
Rebekah, the Jewish Seder service is for those passengers who registered for it in advance.  We didn’t register, since it’s confusing enough for them to occasionally host us as guests for their Sabbath Eve service (“You’re Christians, but you keep the Sabbath?”).  Since we don’t observe the Jewish version of the Seder and therefore would only be guest observers, not full participants, we thought it would be better to opt out.  Also, they start the Seder about an hour before sunset, not sure why.  We are observing the Night to be Much Observed privately.  As an interesting side note, the Sabbath Eve service is typically scheduled before sunset on Friday night, apparently to accommodate the two different dining times (6p and 8p).
We got 17 out of 20 in trivia, 18 won it.  The three questions we missed:  In the cartoon The Flintstones, what is the name of Barney’s and Betty’s pet?  Hopper (we said Kitty).  What word means “star sailor” in Greek?  Astronaut (we said astronomer).  What is the most commonly used English word beginning with the letter m?  Me (we said my).
Tomorrow is Mumbai.
